Cleaning up a stagnant stream besides the boys dorm

A community clean up campaign was conducted on the 20th March 2013 to help prevent spread of dengue fever within the school community. This involves brushing of surrounding bushes and destroying of possible dwelling and breeding sites for Mosquitos. Classes were called off at recess and students and staff engaged in cleaning up there own living quaters and the surrounding areas. Clumps of plantain, shrubs and trees were cut down. Drains cleared and dug to allow easy flow of water. It complete created a new atmosphere after the clean up.
